We traveled to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada for a spring break getaway in April. This trip started with an early morning ride on the Victoria Clipper cruise ship from Seattle to Victoria Island. The trip on the boat was very nice, and we arrived just in time to check on to our hotel, The Inn at Laurel Point. The accommodations were very nice, and the kids especially enjoyed swimming in the nice pool. Our trip included visiting the BC parliament building and the BC Royal Museum. The highlight of the trip was many of the great restaurant, but by far our favorite was the dinner we enjoyed at Il Covo Trattoria. The food and atmosphere was wonderful, and we all enjoyed a great meal. This restaurant is highly recommended, and we plan to return. This was a wonderful trip, and we considered it a great hike for the family since we had to walk everywhere during our visit.
